Urgent Medical Situations
Any medical issues you may have needing immediate attention requires speaking to a medical professional, not by leaving any emails through this system. So if are about to run out of insulin or other medications, have vomiting or ketones, or blood sugar extremes and have a question how to manage it, do not write us an email! We have staff available during regular working hours and on-call physicians by calling our main number 415-514-6234, but any true emergency requires a call to 9-1-1.
