New customers will receive 60 days of free service. After the free period, service will be billed at the usual Internet Essentials rate.

Support for existing customers

Most Internet and phone providers have pledged to not disconnect service if you can’t pay. They have also pledged to waive late payment fees. Check the FCC's Keep Americans Connected webpage for the list of companies.

Both Comcast and AT&T have removed data caps for their home Internet service plans for the next 60 days. T-Mobile has removed their data cap on its mobile phone service.
