Planning for life after high school? Work? Travel? College?

This very informative program for Young Adults with T1D or T2D on insulin gets raive reviews and covers a lot of topics. 

Join us for a day of learning that will address questions of young adults and their parents about traveling with diabetes, carb counting in the cafeteria, your rights in the work place and at school, talking to peers about diabetes, risks associated with drinking and how to be safe, driving privileges, and much more.
